This workshop will delve into the complexities of sexual dynamics in relationships. Many couple therapists sit with clients who are in pain because they have lost the spark they once felt for their partner(s) or feel left out because they never experienced it in their lives and relationships. Furthermore, they struggle with integrating holistic sexual histories into their practice. This session introduces the concept of Sexual Harmony, focusing on satisfaction and fulfilling connection over mere “achieving orgasm”.
Participants will explore practical tools, including Sexual Blueprint and The Touch Lexicon, to be able to guide clients through getting in touch with their sexual and sensual selves, which is a critical step in cultivating mutual fulfillment in any sexual encounter. Learn how to navigate beyond spontaneous desire to foster enduring intimacy where all parties feel valued and satisfied.
Learning Objectives:
- To design clients’ sexual blue print
- To design clients’ touch lexicon exercise
- To distinguish sexual chemistry from sexual harmony
