Director of Innovative Learning and Continuing Education

Alisa Zarrin, MA, is the Director of Innovative Learning and Continuing Education at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and brings extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and program leadership, with a strong focus on healthcare and social services training.
Alisa has designed and implemented comprehensive educational programs across institutions such as Lehman College (CUNY), ASA College, and LaGuardia Community College. Her expertise includes learning management systems, digital content creation, social media engagement, and the integration of technology to enhance learning experiences. She has led cross-functional teams, developed continuing education initiatives, and created impactful training programs to support professionals in their fields.
