Clyde Brownstone has served on the board of the Ackerman Institute for the Family since 1980. He is the owner of The Gift Box Corporation of America, the gift industry’s premier packaging provider, the original “green” packaging company, and one of the best known in the market.
A genuine New Yorker, Mr. Brownstone was born and raised in Manhattan—as were his parents and grandparents before him. He and his wife, Diane, are devoted to New York City and show it by their involvement and support of causes which are deeply important to them. Mr. Brownstone has served on the Board of The Educational Alliance—formerly a Jewish settlement house and on the board of the NYC Police Foundation. Clyde and Diane have two children; a son, Spencer, and a daughter, Jennifer.
